Webshop terms and cancellation policy

When making purchases in our website/webshop, the customer agrees to these terms.

Movie tickets are non-exchangeable, but they can be canceled no later than the day before the screening at 4 PM. Cancellations are made using the form here.

A 5 € handling fee will be deducted from the canceled ticket, and the money will be refunded to the account or card used when purchasing the ticket. If the purchase was made with a series or gift ticket, the ticket will return to being valid. If a series or gift ticket has expired, the purchase cannot be canceled. Tickets can also be sold or transferred to another person. All cancellations will be handled within 48 hours.

Series and gift tickets are non-refundable.

Pre-ordered food and beverage services can be canceled as long as the cancellation is made no later than the day before the screening at 4 PM. To cancel, send an email to info@rivieracinemas.fi. There is no handling fee for cancellations of food and beverage services.

You can pay for movie tickets and catering services at our website with the most common bank and credit cards. Movie tickets can also be purchased with Siirto and MobilePay. Smartum, Edenred, and ePassi apps and cards can be used at our cinemas during opening hours. You can also purhcase series tickets or culture benefit tickets with ePassi and Edenred from our webshop.

The service provider at our online store is Riviera Movie & Night Oy (business ID 2677443-4).

The terms of the online store are valid until further notice.
