Using culture benefits online

With cultural benefits (Smartum, Edenred, and ePassi), you can purchase series tickets and cultural vouchers from us online or remotely. These can be used to buy the screening tickets of your choice. At the theater, you can also purchase individual screening tickets.

Series Tickets (sarjaliput) and kulttuurietuliput 
When buying series tickets (sarjaliput), you purchase multiple tickets at once. One series ticket grants admission to a regular-priced screening without any additional cost. Kultuurietulippu can also be purchased individually. Each kultuurietulippu-voucher can be used to pay for a ticket priced up to 18 €. If the ticket costs more than 18 €, the excess will be charged.

Using Cultural Benefits Online and Remotely

With Epassi, you can purchase series tickets and kultuurietulippu directly from our online store.

For Smartum and Edenred, follow these steps for remote purchases. You will receive your vouchers via email within one business day.

Here’s How to Proceed:
1. Open the app and search for “Riviera Cinemas.” If multiple locations appear, you can choose any of them.

2. Decide what you want to purchase:
– Ten-ticket series ticket for 149 €. Valid for 12 months and can be used for any regular-priced screening at Riviera (max 25 € per ticket).
– Six-ticket series ticket for 99 €. Valid for 12 months and can be used for any regular-priced screening at Riviera (max 25 € per ticket).
– Individual kulttuurietulippu-vouchers for 18 € each. Valid for 12 months and can be used to pay for one ticket up to 18 €. If the ticket price exceeds 18 €, the excess will be charged. You can also purchase multiple vouchers at once.

3. Send payment to Riviera Cinemas.
Note: Payments must be in exact amounts. If you do not have the exact sum, you will need to make the purchase in person. Remote partial payments are not allowed, and no refunds can be issued for incorrect amounts.

4. Send an email to info@rivieracinemas.fi with your name, the type of cultural vouchers you want, and the amount paid, as well as the app you used for the payment.
There’s no need to send a receipt; we will verify the payment via the service.

5. You will receive the cultural vouchers by email within one business day, and you’ll be ready to purchase your screening tickets!
